Kick off meeting

On Saturday, 28.2.2009, the ITEMS project group met in Alacant to discuss the project terms and initiate the work to be done on the ITEMS moodle server.
Main topics where the contractual obligations and the technical basis to use for communication and course creation. The communication channels are assumed to minimise the needed travel within the ITEMS consortium.
The moodle server offers a variety of tools. It was discussed, based on the experience of the ISSUE project, which tools to use for the course development.
A list of resources has been exchanged, from which the course development can benefit.
